About the Coopérative Agricole de Juniville
Founded in 1928, the Coopérative Agricole de Juniville (CAJ) is a leading agricultural cooperative serving farmers across the Ardennes, northern Marne, and eastern Aisne regions of France. With nearly 1,000 member farmers, over 20 collection and supply locations, and approximately 220,000 tonnes of grain collected each year, the cooperative plays a key role in supporting local agricultural production.
CAJ provides a wide range of services, including crop inputs, grain collection and storage, technical advisory services, and livestock support. Built on values of proximity, expertise, and responsiveness, the cooperative helps its members improve performance while meeting increasingly demanding regulatory and quality requirements.
To support its HSE and operational activities, CAJ deployed Datizy across 20 sites and 45 users to standardize inspections, improve visibility, and strengthen compliance management throughout the organization.
The challenge
Before Datizy, CAJ relied on a combination of paper records and digital files to manage inspections and maintenance activities.
This approach often resulted in:
- Delayed inspections
- Missing or incomplete records
- Limited visibility across sites
- Difficulty ensuring consistent practices
The HSE team needed a solution that could simplify compliance management while giving managers a clear overview of operations across all sites.

The solution
CAJ deployed Datizy progressively, starting with a pilot phase before rolling it out across its sites.
Today, the cooperative uses Datizy to manage:
- Inspection rounds
- Maintenance activities
- Digital forms and records
- Operational follow-up
A key factor in the project’s success was the support provided by the Datizy team throughout the deployment. Key users were trained directly by Datizy before training field operators internally, helping teams adopt the platform smoothly despite the natural challenges of change management.
“The platform was intuitive to use, and the support provided by the Datizy team was excellent.”
The results
Greater visibility
Managers now have a clear overview of ongoing activities across all sites, making it easier to monitor progress, anticipate delays, and ensure critical tasks are completed on time.
For CAJ, this visibility does not replace field management—it strengthens it.
Harmonized operations
All sites now work with the same forms and procedures, ensuring a consistent approach to inspections and compliance management.
“Datizy gives us the visibility we need. For CAJ, digitalization is not about replacing field interactions, but about giving managers the information they need to support teams more effectively.”
More autonomous teams
Field operators now plan inspections and routine rounds in advance, helping them organize their work more efficiently.
Audit confidence
Since implementing Datizy, CAJ has successfully passed several customer audits as well as a DREAL inspection.
Having centralized and standardized records made it easier to demonstrate compliance and provide the required documentation when needed.
Key outcomes
- 20 sites operating under the same standards
- 45 users successfully onboarded
- Improved visibility on inspections and maintenance activities
- Better anticipation of delays and missed tasks
- Successful customer audits
- Successful DREAL inspection
- Strong user adoption supported by Datizy’s onboarding team
What’s Next?
Having successfully standardized inspections and maintenance activities across its sites, CAJ now aims to unlock even more value from its operational data. Improved reporting and Excel export capabilities would help the HSE team measure performance indicators, quantify improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.
